1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any service on the 18coi website (https://18coi.pro), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 18coi (the "Platform").

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform. Continued use of 18coi constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use 18coi's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false age information is a serious violation and will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify this.
• You must register using your own real name, identity details, and contact information. You may not register or play on behalf of another person.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of 18coi or any of its parent, subsidiary, or partner companies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your country of residence.

18coi reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with 18coi. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may be closed without notice, with all associated funds forfeited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

18coi may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or awarding bonuses. This process may include:

• Submission of a government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving license).
• Proof of address document, such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
• Verification of your payment method, including bKash, Nagad, or bank account confirmation where applicable.

Account Suspension & Closure

18coi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Upon account closure initiated by the player (self-exclusion excepted), any verified remaining balance may be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

18coi supports a range of local and international payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible for players across Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and Rajshahi.

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the player's own name. The following methods are accepted on 18coi:

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC completion. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 18coi does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

18coi offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special seasonal offers (such as those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, and BPL tournament periods). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus value expires after this period.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier is specified per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Players may not stack multiple bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly permits it.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between players. They are non-cashable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• 18coi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, in cases of suspected abuse or where technical errors have affected bonus calculations.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to permanent account closure.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game outcomes on 18coi are final once confirmed by the system. Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting on 18coi covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change before the event locks. In-play (live) bets are settled based on the official match result as recognised by the governing body of the competition. In the event of a match abandonment, all bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules published at the time of the event.

Casino & Slots Rules

All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are independent of 18coi. Players acknowledge that:

• Creating more than one account, or playing on behalf of another person, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploits will be voided.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at other players or 18coi staff members, whether in chat, support channels, or any other communication medium.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any portion of the 18coi platform, including its software, databases, game logic, or proprietary algorithms.

18coi reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred. Decisions made in connection with prohibited activities are final and binding.

8. Responsible Gaming

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
